Coquí Destination and Relocation Services is a Puerto Rico–based company founded in January 2024 by Marisol Dátiz Stevens, a relocation and real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in global mobility, corporate relocation, and destination services.

The company provides comprehensive relocation support for corporate employees and families moving to Puerto Rico, including home-finding, settling-in assistance, temporary housing coordination, cultural orientation, and guidance on local resources. Coquí Destination and Relocation Services is dedicated to helping clients relocate with confidence, ensuring a seamless and culturally enriching transition to life and work on the island.

About the Founder

Marisol Dátiz Stevens, Founder and President, has spent more than two decades helping individuals and corporations navigate complex relocation processes. She began her career as a real estate broker in Puerto Rico, later becoming a Relocation Director before moving to the United States in 2013 to work as a Senior International Assignment Consultant at Cartus, one of the world’s largest global mobility companies. There, she supported Fortune 500 clients and international assignees for nearly ten years, later joining Graebel to continue providing cross-cultural and destination services for global organizations.

Marisol returned to Puerto Rico to establish Coquí Destination and Relocation Services, integrating her global expertise with her local knowledge to support corporations and their employees relocating to the island.

She is also a content contributor for the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (WERC) and the Puerto Rican Chamber of Commerce, where she shares professional insights on diversity, inclusion, global mobility trends, and sustainable relocation practices.
