Initial Contact: You set a date and time for a formal and virtual first-time consultation with the Company’s Founder/President, Marisol Dátiz Stevens, by scheduling an appointment through our Company website.
Information Gathering: On the first appointment, basic details about your basic needs are collected (e.g., relocation timeline, destination, family size, services required).
Confirmation: Once appoitment is scheduled, you will receive the link on the scheduled appointment, and required to fulfill our Needs Assessment prior to the call so the consultant can prepare in advance for the call.
Consultation: During the appointment, the needs assessment will be discussed to understand the client’s specific relocation goals, preferences, and expectations.
Proposal Creation: Following the consultation, a customized relocation plan or proposal is sent to you.
Follow-up: After the proposal is sent, you will begin to receive support from both the destination service provider and the real estate agent that will assist.
Consultations costs vary depending on your needs. You may choose between the Basic, Premium and Expert packages.
During this time, we will discuss your relocation needs in detail and provide a comprehensive overview of how we can assist you.
Sessions can extend up to a maximum of 2 hours and 30 minutes at a time.
This structure ensures flexibility while providing ongoing support tailored to your needs.
Scheduling recommendations depend on individual needs. We typically suggest:
Booking an area orientation tour at least 2 months in advance.
For the final move, at least 2 weeks ahead of time.
The cost of our services varies based on the scope and specific needs of each relocation.
